If you are sending artwork to print please forward it to our print manager jenny@vitatia.com

If your email address finds it difficult sending large files, or the artwork is over 10mb in size please send via mailbigfile.com - they will email us a link once its uploaded but please email us to let us know what file name it is.

Jenny is able to modify most files to make them print ready, if you would like a template please email us and we will forward one on to you.

If possible, please send artwork as follows;

JPEG::: 300 dpi, CMYK, with 2mm bleed.

PDF::: 300dpi or vector, CMYK, 2mm bleed and all fonts outlined.

EPS::: As PDF but compatible with Adobe CS2 (or older), We are able to handle CS3 if required.

AI::: As PDF but compatible with Adobe CS2 (or older), We are able to handle CS3 if required.

PSD::: As PDF but please make sure all fonts are rasterized.

If you do not have any means of altering the files ready for our specifications, please send through for us to have a look. Minor alterations will be free, however extensive work may incur a £10 alteration fee.
